Homan thinks this is an argument for masks.

It's actually a deep admission of the fundamental moral failing at the base of their lawless actions.

My plan for dramatic democratic reform includes:
- SCOTUS expansion
- DC statehood
- PR settlement of status
- Codify DOJ independence
- Constitutional amendment(s) to reverse SCOTUS decisions, abolish Electoral College, restrict presidential pardon power
