What the Dolphins & Whales Taught Me Being a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) is both a super power and an Achille’s heel and last year, that heel was kicking me in the back side all the time and it hasn’t seemed to let up this year. I really will be writing about what an HSP is very soon, but first I wanted to share what helped me with yes, first world problems, but those that still caused a serious decline in my health. I do this in the hopes that it could help someone else, especially those that feel the weight of the world on them right now and/or frequently.

Cries of Defiance and Songs of Joy in Los Angeles The protesters are being called unspeakably violent by the Trump administration. I mostly saw clergy sit-ins and Tejano bands.

This took a while to get done, but I've chronicled my day among the protesters in Los Angeles, and the idea that this is anything but a celebration of cultural heritage and a firm, nonviolent demand to protect family, friends and neighbors is totally ridiculous.
