And a Congressional panel as well. Another Mike Johnson should be able to be removed more easily from his seat as Speaker for relinquishing power to the president.

First, expand the Supreme Court by 4 legitimate seats so that the Presidential Crimes Commission will be upheld by the Supreme Court. Then put 15 year term limits on Supreme Court seats. Then two terms for House (4 years) and Senate seats (12 years). Change from the top down, not the bottom up.
