I have kids coming in looking for books - Art books, comics, ER books, etc. The works. Netflix never really seems to get how to transform these big moments into actual franchising.

It is sad how big companies have all these super-smart algorithms that can "predict" how well something will do in theatres or on their platforms and yet? They couldnt see an obvious hit like this coming.

How many other projects like this were robbed of their success thanks to decisions like that?

I hope TTG, Adventure Time, and PPG find a new home or our kiddo is going to be so sad or I get DVDS (which she will hate because she loves watching on her ipad). Also,Steven Universe is getting new shows,where is that going to go? Meanwhile, Netflix is raking it in with their animation success.
