Same chart showing all OECD countries. USA is the worst of all outliers.

Which is what happens when private insurance companies run the system.

They seem to have a premium on them still because they are pricing in the “cheaper to run” into their profit margin

On balance it might be better than the Assad regime but that won’t be hard. The videos of gunmen shooting opponents in hospital beds haven’t been encouraging

Graph showing the USA spends much more of its GDP on health than any other (advanced) economy and achieves a lower life expectancy than almost any other advanced economy

There are not many absolutes in public policy, but do not be like America on health care is one

I think it’s a two edged sword. We need migrants to do skilled and unskilled jobs Australians don’t want or can’t do. But I don’t think the 800,000 or so that came in Last year really helped the housing situation. Migration needs to be throttled to suit circumstances

Rural health GP’s are cooked. My next available local appointment in a town of 21,000 people is January 8th. If urgent go to A&E 👎🏻

Screenshot 2 is a Metro practice. Every Dr has plenty of time slots, even today. Thank goodness for Telehealth 👍🏻

Glyphosate is not carcinogenic, mutagenic, or reprotoxic, as concluded by the most recent scientific assessments by EFSA/ECHA. While acknowledging knowledge gaps, these assessments represent the most comprehensive evaluation of a pesticide ever conducted. www.efsa.europa.eu/sites/defaul...
