So they smashed up their delivery unit in week one, and they repeatedly smash up their delivery policy unit. But the problem is communication?

This is fascinating. More English people should learn more about this important part of the world. Me included.

A pint glass with Fuller’s logo. I think it’s a gryphon. Like a Lion with Wings. Dark amber beer in the glass.

No but just looked him up and he seems interesting. Hill farmers are probably different from the massive arable farmers such as in East Anglia. The famous ones are all multi millionaires

I’m probably being mean in the wrong context. Yes to your question. Nigel Farage, Jeremy Clarkson and others are all moaning, but they are all landowners who acquired the land for tax purposes. Small farmers are usually tenants of big landowners.

It’s wrong because it’s factually incorrect. You are right that farm consolidation is a problem. But the tax change that only came in in April is not the cause. It’s populist bollocks

Join the Green Party Join the Green Party from just Β£6 a year. Become a member today - join the only party with the policies needed to tackle the climate crisis.

Can't imagine why a Labour Prime Minister like Keir Starmer would be threatened by a party that is working to:

- Lower bills.
- Protect the NHS.
- Nationalise our water companies.

Ignore the name calling and his rants about me at in Parliament and join.greenparty.org.uk

I agree to your points. Except maybe there could be a stamp duty reduction if the vendor is downsizing by at least say 25%. Then people would have an incentive to

Israel bombed a hospital.

Rescue workers and reporters rushed to recover the dead and the wounded.

Israel bombed the hospital again. Live on TV.

Read that again.

Our government’s legacy will be its complicity in crimes against humanity. End all arms sales to Israel, now.

Equity release is funded by insurance companies rather than banks. But I agree it stops older people downsizing and props up prices, and keeps large properties largely empty
