At the initial visit for evaluation of HTN BP should be measured in both arms to assess for an inter-arm discrepancy. It's in the guidelines, but implementation in busy clinics is is easier said than done.

Medical doctor deported from US despite "valid" visa, court order—Lawyer Dr. Rasha Alawieh, who was in the U.S. on a valid H1-B visa, has been deported back to Lebanon and unable to make contact with her lawyer.

This doctor has been working in the US for the past 6 years under an H1-B Visa An assistant professor of medicine in the nephrology department at Brown Medicine. She works with transplant patients!
