From implementing the first ever employment contracts for PGR tutors at Cardiff Uni and ensuring tutors and demonstrators were not in scope for redundancy during institutional change, to fighting to successfully restore and increase PGRs stipends - itโs been a difficult, but rewarding, journey. 2/3
