Here is my take on Noem: first, she kills her pet dog, point-blank. Next, she protects ICE thugs who killed an unarmed mother of three, point-blank, and now she defends border control thugs who killed a good Samaritan they had disarmed and who was on his knees with his back to them, point-blank.
