you shouldn't have to go to work sick just to pay rent. I'm now incredibly sick (going on day 7) bc of someone needing to do this and I've missed an entire week of work. I can't complete homework, I can't go to work, and I'm fucked.

Sounds great Debra but today I needed help to dress myself and could not lift a cup. Yoga is so not on the table. It's not even in the restaurant.

I never asked for this. no one does. but I'm tasked with getting better regardless of how much it hurts to completely rewire my brain that unfortunately never developed properly, and I'm hurting anyone I have a relationship with along the way. I hate this.

just like any other mental illness, it's of course my job to navigate the trauma that I have but I just can't have any normal relationships with anyone without hurting them in some way. this trauma wasn't my choice. the way I act isn't my choice. only way to get better is intensive therapy.
