Regardless of what we say or do, the rich & powerful seem intent on wrecking the planet with massive pollution and wasted water from data centers and environmental destruction from endless wars. With that being the case, can we have styrofoam fast food packaging back? I miss the McDLT.
Now more than ever I’m convinced losing Anthony Bourdain meant we lost probably the biggest person on tv who advocated for the wonders of meeting new people and calling anyone online who hated learning new cultures the children they were, ruthlessly to the camera.

It was one of the best sandwiches I've slapped together in a while. I knew I was going to enjoy it going in but after the first bite I still said "holy shit" out loud.
Still thinking about this sandwich I made the other night with a leftover grilled porkchop. It has sliced porkchop, bacon, melted Swiss, caramelized onions, pickles, and yellow mustard in it. It's not exactly a Cuban pork sandwich but it scratched an itch.

I had a package I shipped make it to Florida on 2/6 and then tracking stopped. Florida always seems to be an issue for USPS, like it's some sort of package black hole.
