Interesting how US Marshall's conduct daily targeted operations without these ICE issues. Why, because they are professionals, using legal tactics, rehearse and work TOGETHER as a team. Vast majority of today's ICE are poorly trained and dumped in public with 'QUOTA' orders and to terrorize all.
