Winyah Rivers Alliance, represented by SELC, finalized a settlement with Fiber Industries, LLC, a plant based in SC. WRA challenged the amount of 1,4-dioxane that a new permit would allow Fiber to discharge into Black Creek, a tributary of the Great Pee Dee River.
