Happy 34th Anniversary to Final Fantasy IV.

The first Final Fantasy game I really enjoyed.

The combination of visuals, story, music, characters, gameplay was unmatched by other early SNES RPGs.

I project a lot onto both characters and I wanted to finally write and draw something that reflects that.

Also I may or may not have based my trans Hungary design on my boyfriend because I know how happy it makes him to see himself in certain characters.

So yeah, this piece is very dear to me :3

Just to get a little sappy as is a headcanon close to my heart. Hetalia, especially Hungary and Austria, helped me come to terms with my own gender and sexuality. It was one of the first exposures I had to queer themes, both in fic and in canon. [1/2]
