Did he maybe miss the part on the US Civics exam for citizenship that asks who confirms nominees: the House or the Senate?

I can think of two that may have the guts, and a couple of more that barely squeaked out their re-election that could potentially be persuaded.

I think the ACA will be ok despite the noise. An amazing amount of red state folks rely on it as well and their reps know it.
