I've been out of the hospital about 9 days. Just finished my IV antibiotics today, pills from here. But they do a number on my stomach 😭

That's ok, me too. Yes I got a bone infection because they weren't cleaning my metal cast for my broken ankle properly. I was in for 11 days. They had to take the metal cast "out" and put a more traditional cast on. Plus I just didn't have the energy for much SM

Yes all I've been doing is sleeping, still sick from the hospital. I have not seen that! Maybe I will.

I'm so disappointed that I slept through Game 7, but waking up in the middle of the night and seeing all the Bloomfs skeeting about baseball was fun. I know a lot of you aren't the biggest sports fans, but you rallied around our Canadian Bloomfs! @marriedmother.bsky.social @thecareywo.bsky.social

Update - all I've been doing is sleeping but the nausea is gone. I'm really thinking it was the pain meds. I'm able to get out of bed and use the bathroom but that is pretty much the limit of my mobility at this point. I can use my wheelchair a little to get around

Update - I did get released from the hospital on Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, I had terrible nausea when I got back for a couple days. Today I'm feeling better. I also have zero mobility ATM, because I was in bed for 11 days at the hospital and this new cast is massive.
