As gay marriage is attacked in US, UK must not be complacent It’s easy to view the attempted rollback of rights as an American problem. But LGBTQ rights are at risk here, too

Section seven: Fairness This section of the Broadcasting Code is to ensure that broadcasters avoid unjust or unfair treatment of individuals or organisations in programmes.

The vultures are circling already in respect of tomorrow's verdict. They scent a juicy story.

If you choose to engage, be aware of Ofcom Section 7, which requires inter alia you have clear explanations of the programme, nature of contribution, other guests, etc.

Funny thing: we can find very few such complaints recorded on their website.
