If you go into Octopath Traveler 0 without having any knowledge of Champions of the Continent, I think it's a huge benefit.

I was shocked at the turns the story took and just how good the villains are.

It goes places many JRPGs don't.

I think it might have supplanted Trails in the Sky 1st Remake as my favorite Switch 2 RPG at the moment.

They've both been composers at Nintendo for over 30 years and worked on most of the Metroid games.

The story is less focused on the party members (except for the create a character) and more focused on the villains and other non-playable characters.

That's really the biggest difference.

I've been playing Octopath Traveler 0 for a little while, but I still wanted the physical edition.

I recommend Octopath Traveler 0/1/2 to anyone who likes Classic Turn Based RPGs.

I recommend 1 & 2 first.

Square Enix very kindly provided a code, but I'm still picking up the physical copy I purchased today.

I don't know if this game will convince non-Octopath fans to give the series a chance, but what I do know is as an Octopath fan, it does everything I want and more.

I'm 70 hours into Octopath Traveler 0 and it's incredible.

This series is known for dark themes and Octopath Traveler 0 takes it to another level.

The battle system is as fun as ever. Switching characters in and out adds strategy.

So many callbacks to the first game!

Animal Crossing: New Horizons Switch 2 Edition is the next game from Nintendo after Metroid Prime 4.

Most of the substantial new content is in the free update because almost 50 million copies of the Switch edition have sold.

You have to take care of the fans.

Metroid Prime 4 currently has a 80 Metacritic Average based on 50+ reviews.

Not a bad score in a vacuum, but for the Metroid Prime series, it's a huge step back in critical reception.
