For #WorldMentalHealthDay, I can't recommend enough setting boundaries & learning to say no when you're not up for it.
Taking care of your needs, may they be physical or emotional. They take priority over work, family and friends
Communicate kindly and clearly for your boundaries to be respected.

Here’s to remembering why we picked up the controller in the first place.

Not to argue.
Not to compare.
But to live a hundred lives we never could…and feel every single one of them.

Video games weren’t made to divide us… they were made to move us.
