It's sad when our elected officials and appointees are so inept they don't even know who they are firing.

True Intelligence is synonymous with being compassionate and having empathy. Look for those characteristics and you will know the true nature of an individual. Be wary of those who do not express those values for they are unintelligent creatures not worthy of your time.
