Today has been the hardest day since I got out the hospital and all the doctors did was give me the run around.

ngl mine just came in today. I hate that my guiding has 3 treadmills and once i go down and they are full the chances of me going back downstairs are slim. I got one w a manual incline (very small incline) but some ppl have been wood to create increase the incline at home … i might do that too
