There were more than 400 10-Ks filed today. Deadline day for the largest companies is on Monday.

Both Trump Media ($DJT) and WarnerBros Discovery ($WBD) filed their 10-Ks after 5:15 today. Which should I tackle first?

You'd think that Atkins would be eager to highlight this massive failure given that it largely happened on Gensler's watch. But instead, he's pushing for more IPOs.

SEC Chair Paul Atkins likes to wax about the glory days of publicly traded companies. Keeps saying there were 7800 public companies in the mid-1990s and that number has dropped by 40%. The problem is that more public companies doesn't necessarily mean better ones! (1/2)
