Having access to all ps4/5 games is a luxury.

Performs slightly worse than a v1.1 in a liketype situation. I recommend v1.1 for competitive play.

Switching between ps4/5 modes requires holding the button on the top for 3 seconds. Make sure you have outside access.

I checked PS4 mode with GP2040-CE and it worked as a USB AUTH HOST for that no problem.

If they can make the magic work. Maybe we can finally play Thems Fighting Herds PS5.

This would also be a god sense for home made PS5 accessibility options.

The second mode is “Wireless Controller”. It operates as a Dualsense PS4 pad in every way I can tell.

8 minute timer checked.

All PS4 games check.

No PS5 Games at all, including fighting games.

On both PS5/PC it will auth as a Dualsense pad in one mode.

I have given it a 10 minute timeout test. It passes.

I have tested it in non-fighting games. It controlled FF7R PS5 single axis no problem.

The dongle has two modes. It needs to be changed by holding the button on the top of the dongle. That may prove difficult if placed inside a hard to access case.
