Hello folks! I am enjoying my vacation time a bit but will hopefully resume bar activity once I am back.
Also I have not been pulled into Horse girl game so we got that going for us

I have successfully moved from one side of the universe to another.
Bar is closed for renovation, but will hopefully be back soon once I get back from some well earned time off

While I am about to be very busy the next couple of weeks, i want to thank anyone whos shown support so far.

Of course being a bartender i gotta share my drinks i make at home.
Tonight we have a Manhattan riff, but using cognac in place of rye. Makes for a smooth, fruit forward cocktail thats robust and full of flavor. The particular cognac used works very well for this.
