Our next door neighbour has an apple tree that overhangs our garden. The apples are something like Bramleys, but she insists they’re Egremont Russets. I wish they were.

I hope it goes smoothly and he’s feeling better soon.

It’s had a year in its pot so far. I didn’t want to disturb it any more after digging it up last year. I have to decide whether to just see what happens, or try and turn it into a bonsai.

I have an oak tree in a pot. Not quite sure how that will go, but it definitely can’t go in the ground. I dug up a stray seedling from under the big tree in my parents’ garden just before their house was sold.

We have three in the ground, but that’s probably enough.

We have a very small garden! But in pots, maybe…

We have one in the garden that has red seeds. I should check that out as well as the offerings in the park!
