If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."

There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.

I haven’t looked at what insurance will be next year yet because I cant deal with that level of stress shutting my body down against my will. and that can happen my body literally does that and I don’t have a solution that works beyond “wait it out and try to feel something”.

queerautism - I think we don't speak enough about how, when you're chronically ill, a bad doctors appointment can genuinely make you so hopeless and suicidal. I have come out of some of them sobbing, with the terrible weight of the indifference of the medical system on my shoulders, knowing in my bones that no one wants to help. It takes unimaginable strength to pick yourself back up from that, and try again And again And again For years.
