Fair enough, and I'll take your word for the general policies and requirements of the hearing, since that's well outside any of my areas of expertise. From the layman's standpoint, though, it's hard to grasp that it's ok to present third party messags as if they were from the victim directly.

The problem isn't the utility of the statement, it's the misleading presentation of third party information as if it was from the victim. It fundamentally cannot present anything about the victim, family, or relationships, or even anything relevant at all because it is from an unrelated third party.

You should be embarrassed, because this is such an idiotic usage. Instead of an expensive, slow, and very unreliable AI process, you could've actually, y'know, scripted it directly! If you're such an invertebrate bandwagoner that you wanted AI in the mix, you could've asked it to write your scripts!
