All of them are selling chatbots, and they require agency-specific features, which I hadn't considered before.
I used to think that users are typically solo individuals who create chatbots for their products, websites, etc.
I know this wasn't about these questions 😄, but I just wanted to thank you when I see you. I typically collect feedback from my inner circle, including my wife and friends (who are also tech professionals, and many of them are founders). However, I always knew they were trying to be nice.

I did that last week, had five customer calls, and collected many cool insights from them.
