You can browse materia by type (oils, candles, mists…), planet (Sun, Jupiter, lunar mansions…), or even by effect! If you want an in-depth recommendation for your own chart (materia for remediation),

3) Do I need to consecrate materia, specifically non-talismans?

No! I always encourage people to consecrate their talismans so they can personally introduce themselves to the spirit it contains, but materia is fundamentally different — each use is a more “direct” contact with the spirit,

2) Can I layer materia (wear products from different collections)?

Absolutely! Experimentation is king, and some collections used in conjunction can bring pleasant effects. I love to combine my “Golden Luck” oil with the Venus in Taurus one, as both feature an exalted Moon I do really well with.

some “common sense” rules: avoid wearing Mars materia in social situations as it can draw arguments and conflicts; mindful of wearing Venus materia in contexts where you don’t want to elicit passion, etc.
