I feel this, there are some fandoms that I just have to enjoy on my own or with a VERY small circle of friends, like if I wade into a bigger yuri forum or discussion online I'll run into the ruining it for others type fans without fail and get so bummed out.

I make like maaaaybe high end $200 a year writing (but I'm terrible at promotion so that probably contributes 🙃) it's rough out there

Sometimes it counts as progress to spend all day writing up a new outline only to realize the original outline was totally fine and in fact better than the new ideas.

I don't know if this will work at all, but I have this daydream in my head about the 5th anniversary being a big, fun celebration for longtime readers with a big, major moment, that also gets a bunch of new readers hopping on board and we can have the two groups in the comments and such.

The arc this links to this arc wasn't entirely written like that, but still, I think it would be a fun place to start reading! And if it works I'll feel better about my idea for a big celebratory jumping on point for the 5th anniversary.

I want to see if it's feasible to get new readers who may be intimidated by the admittedly very long chapter count of the series. The anniversary arc I'm going to try and fully write as a jumping on point, not like reboot the everything type thing just having some "here's what's going on" stuff.
