Yeah, IT should never _see_ your password.
But I get it. Corporate IT has its practicalities at times too.
Nice job! I looked through my art and found out I'm a pretty cheerful fellow ;)
But here you go, I found one:
@rosspayton.bsky.social, @gregstolze.bsky.social or @jameswallis.bsky.social
Any chance it could be a LND livestream topic?
Did H. P. Lovecraft write fantasy horror? Or did he write horrific SCIENCE FICTION?
In the new Bayt al Azif issue 6, astrophysicist Dr. Erik Rosolowsky looks at the hard astronomical science of the 1920s and 30s that fascinated and inspired Lovecraft, and how that has changed in the century since.

“Offer me gigabit.”
“Yes!”
“Fifteen different messaging apps, too, promise me that.”
“All that I have and more. Please...”
“Offer me anything I ask for.”
“Face computers, AI thermostats...anything you want!”
“I want Google Reader back, you son of a bitch!”
To add to this, follow people with an audience your size or smaller. Boost people where and when you can. Be honest and sincere in your feedback. If possible, make the effort to monetarily support marginalized creators.
Refer fellow artists to gigs you cannot take on, review grant applications, read layouts, give the direct email address of the printer you go to, share information, all the time, always. Buy self-published zines! It's an ecosystem and being helpful and kind is as important as being talented!

Are full of passionate intensity."

It's now obvious that the regime was comically unprepared for the possibility that Iran would fight back. In fairness, they're used to dealing with the Democrats.
I'll bet the fishing with that thing is excellent!

Such a great format -- much credit to @9thlevelgames.bsky.social for organizing. I got some really valuable feedback from 3 rapid fire sessions in just over an hour.
They steal your work, they dumb you down, they make your electricity more expensive, they take your water and your livelihood.
But at least you’ll get opportunity of a lifetime: information that according to one BBC study is likely to be wrong 51% of the time!

Since SPINE came out, I occasionally get emails with pictures of bound books and questions about the plot. My favorite is when I get photos of someone's modified book.
I received these on Tuesday, and I love that this person brought collage into their prompts.
There is a grad student who was figuring out how to document the final board states of legacy games (at the time they were focused on Pandemic IIRC)
I would love to see a similar kind of documentation for games like SPINE.
I’m honored that Tom at @tabletopbookshelf.com asked me to design a poster to commemorate the opening of their new brick and mortar shop in the heart of Milwaukee, where I grew up.
Well deserved.
Here's the new back cover for the Bonsai Diary with upgrades:
✅ Key selling points
✅ Blurb from @mint-rabbit.bsky.social review
✅ ISBN (!!!)
(apologies for the LinkedIn style post)
What a boost the Origins Award Finalist announcement gave to to the Bonsai Diary! @ipr.bsky.social is now sold out. But good news: a new shipment arrives in the warehouse today. More good news for retailers: I've upgraded the back cover to help you better sell in store (see next post)
Again Giskard is pivotal, so he stands right of center, with the center point of the circular window (the future) being his "heart," or where his heart would be were he human. The planet's fate hangs over him like a Damoclean sword. 2/4
ROBOTS AND EMPIRE (1986)
Acrylic - 20” x 32”
My favorite scene in the book, save the ending, was the handshake. Reading the manuscript, I was struck by the understated beauty of that scene and became determined to use it for the cover art. 1/4
