This is so true. I know many want to criticize "newsrooms" but the role local news plays when events such as this tragedy in LA or even in New Orleans last week is still important.

I believe Macdonald wanted to empower his coaches, show faith/trust in them. He wasn't stepping on toes with offensive coaches. But he obviously felt that wasn't working well with Grubb.
