From 2026, @cnrs.fr will no longer have institutional access to Web of Science.

This move aligns with the vision of the Barcelona Declaration and shows how institutions can operationalise the transition to open systems.

Errors in large-scale data processing, for instance processing of reference data from publications, are almost inevitable.

This piece shows the importance of openness of bibliographic metadata. Openness enables errors to be identified and fixed!
