Ok then: "The Senate parliamentarian has ruled against a controversial provision in the Senate Republicans’ megabill that would have made it significantly more difficult for courts to enforce contempt findings against the Trump administration."

Normally, the hope would be if something like this gets through to become law, SCOTUS would overturn it almost immediately. But we no longer can rely on those certainties. For all intents & purposes, we only have one branch of government now,& maybe forever.

What about the provision in this bill that, courts may not “enforce a contempt citation for failure to comply with an injunction or temporary restraining order”? There's not much else stopping trump from defying court orders as it is. This would make him a literal king. That needs more attention.
