He was wearing a “PRESS” vest. Yet another brutal, dishonorable war crime by russian monsters.

Today is World Animal Day.
In Ukraine, animals have also become victims of russian aggression. Ukrainians, both military and civilian, are doing everything to help them: evacuating them from combat zones; sheltering them, and finding them new homes.

🔧 What works once, works twice: Last February/March, we built NAFO⚡️NRGY portable power stations and brought them to Ukraine. (Picture: with our partners from @kyivdefenders.bsky.social).-

Today marks three years to the day since I first reported from Kharkiv.
I will never forget that first live at 9am, the national anthem playing through loudspeakers on Freedom Square.
I will never forget the counter-offensive & the horrors discovered as cities were being liberated.
A building destroyed by a russian strike, on the right corner the facade has entirely collapsed, laying bare the bricks. Rubble on the ground.

In front of destroyed buildings, a street littered by fallen trees, trunks still rooted are charred.

Overnight, Russia sent three FAB-250 bombs on the city centre.
Nine people, aged 30 to 71, were injured, a dozen buildings damaged, and over 860 households are left without gas.
