Thankfully the fat levels are finally noticably dropping on this cut, (I think I'm finally pushing under 20% at last) and I should be hitting the first full set of fitness goals in a year or two!
While I'm glad that in the last 3.5 years in the gym I've packed on around 50 pounds of muscle, weighing almost 300 pounds now does make doing lunges excurciating, lol!
So today's my 40th birthday, and I got to start it by watching an Italian speed skater break an Olympic world record by winning gold on her 35th birthday, which we both share.

My parents met on the ski slopes in Vail, Colorado in the late 70's. My dad taught ski instructors and my mom was a gold medal Paralympian. I literally wouldn't be here if it weren't for winter sports, so watching the opening ceremonies of the Winter Olympics live right now is great. ;3
So the Akimel O'odham tribe near my house has put up a gigantic blue laser that's lighting up the sky like the Luxor in Vegas.
It's kind of a trip. :3
