The NYPost has uncovered a guard received a $5k windfall prior to Epstein's death with that same guard googling "How to fake a suicide". Another guard's handwritten notes further point to a cover up. Yet Congress investigates Hillary Clinton. Give me a fucking break.
Obama not wearing a tie into the Oval Office was a days long scandal. Trump wearing a fucking baseball hat while dead US soldiers were taken off a plane at Dover AFB and it's crickets.
Even if you are 100% convinced that Democracy is already dead and our votes won't count...

The difference between the spike in global oil prices now versus 2022 is that this time the US president single-handedly caused it to happen overnight with a policy while accepting no responsibility, while the US president in 2022 was blamed for it even though he didn’t cause it.

Avg residential cost of electricity in Michigan: ~$0.20/kWh
My Kia Niro EV gets ~3.7 miles/kWH, or $5.40 to drive 100 miles
Avg cost of gasoline in Michigan (today): ~$3.55/gallon
A car getting 30 MPG would cost $11.84 to drive 100 miles.
1,000 miles: ~$54 vs. ~$118
We're in uncharted territory- if WTI crude holds these gains tomorrow- the current rise of 29.9% or $27.16/bbl would be its largest single day price jump- in both percent and amount- ever. Ever. EVER.

All I can think about is Jeff Bezos saying that he slashed jobs at the Washington Post — including those of foreign correspondents in the Middle East — based on "the data," and a few weeks later a whole war breaks out in the Middle East that these laid off folks would have covered as true experts.

The people who spent years defending and even lionizing Kyle Rittenhouse and Ashli Babbitt now want us to believe that an unarmed mother in her car and a disarmed nurse were domestic terrorists who deserved to be murdered by law enforcement.

CBP chief Bovino has confirmed that the officers who executed Alex Pretti in the street yesterday are not only *not on administrative leave,* they have all been reassigned to other jurisdictions and are all on the street today.

Wrong wrong wrong. We will lose with that slogan. It lets the the other side define us as opposing all immigration enforcement, even against undocumented killers. Safeguards to stop abuses — that should be the goal, if we want to protect people from harm.

The bigger news to me is that the vast majority of dems voted no, despite how they got hammered on immigration issues in 2024. Lots who voted for the Laken Riley bill voted no yesterday.
