I agree- likely latent LN. Do u know if b cells were depleted? LUNAR outcomes were positive with ritux if b cells were depleted. If not- i would use obi altho there were not pure Memb LN included in NOBILITY trial. Can use CNI to help control proteinuria until b cell depletion kicks in.
