As someone who is essentially a Fortnite baby for Magic (just started getting back into it with FF) I've been enjoying hearing people say what in-universe sets were bangers so I can retroactively go back and see what was great about them

As someone who only got back into Magic because of the FF set, I thought all of UB was like FF & LOTR at first and I was surprised some people were so negative about it. I was really impressed.

Then I discovered the awkward implementation of IP like The Walking Dead, which feels very different

I didn't decide to become a Red player I just kept seeing Red cards and thinking "woah I have to try playing this!!"

Now that I think about it thematically that's a pretty 'Red' way of picking a colour in Magic
