I've been working on puzzle design on Order of the Sinking Star at Thekla for the past 2 and a half years, and I'm excited the game has just been announced!!
It's a special game, made by a lot of talented people, and I hope everyone enjoys it when it comes out!
It's been just over six years now since I released Vandal. In recent years, I've not had the time, motivation, or honestly just interest to think about making more fangames, so I'm glad at least so many people could enjoy what I made. If you did, then thank you!

Celeste concert last night was great! Very skilled musicians too, piano and violin especially. Although, seeing the novice gameplay on the backing screen suddenly change to a straight up TAS as soon as Core & Farewell arrived was funny, perhaps unintentionally so... Good times.

Finished up everything in Ninja Gaiden Ragebound. Really fluid and fast-paced action that I grew to appreciate the more I played. Was a very fun experience!

PEAK is a rollercoaster of a game.
I don't know about Brave Exvius, but Raid always to me felt known more for it's sponsorship reliance than actually being a well-developed game. Many of the big gacha games of today are very well produced and generally fun (for their audience), so they actually have merit to play.

Hundred Line is really quite something. I've reached a point where I see how the game opens up, and already it hit me with a surprise that made me simultaneously laugh and feel quite confused... Very interesting game.
Masterpiece. One of my favourite gaming experiences in recent memory.
Worst part about playing a story-heavy game with a sick OST is that you can't look the soundtrack up out of fear of spoilers...
22 hours into Clair Obscur and I'm having an incredible time with it. Playing on Expert has actually given me "The Souls-like Adrenaline" on a few boss fights, and the gameplay stays consistently fun, fresh and interesting. Soundtrack is also out of this world.

Ok I finished... Part 1 of my post about all the games I played this year. I did not edit it or even reread so don't expect the highest quality of writing. But maybe you'll see a game that looks cool that you hadn't seen before.

When I was thinking of doing a 2024 recap video for all the games I played (and still am, maybe...), I began to realise how poorly my descriptiveness and opinions might come across as I just say "yeah this game was cool, I liked it, it was fun" in slightly different ways for 50% of them...
Toying with the idea of making a video, briefly covering and talking about every game that I started during 2024, and giving some thoughts and overall opinion on each one. Could be a fun little retrospective, and also to have a project I can sink some time and productivity into.
