Watch out! Number 18 on my #NESTop25 is the arcade classic #Paperboy. This game is so silly and quirky, and I love it! Another game that just keeps going (I think), it was always fun to attempt to get every house to subscribe and “live” long enough to succeed! #NES #Nintendo #VideoGames

Number 19 on my #NESTop25 is #MegaMan6. The final MM installment on the #NES, and one of the last games released for the original #Nintendo. I was already playing SNES #VideoGames primarily when I saw this gem at Blockbuster. Guessing my last NES rental. I have played this game multiple times since.

Another one I played at Jeff’s. It was a fun game. 7 for 7! Mind blown!

Number 19 on my #NESTop25 might be a little high, but I remember enjoying #Jaws on the #NES quite a bit. I’m glad my #Nintendo still works and I have this game, because I want to play it again see if I can actually figure out how to complete and defeat the great white shark! #VideoGames

Number 20 on my #NESTop25 is #CobraTriangle. You play as a boat and you can upgrade speed, strength, and weapons. Levels were races, obstacle courses, targets, and boss fights. Single player #NES game. I had so much fun with this one as a kid. I never got bored of this #Nintendo #VideoGames.

Back to the regularly scheduled program, number 20 of my #NESTop25 goes to #ChipNDale #RescueRangers. #Disney had a slew of #NES games from their syndicated TV shows, most of them pretty good… and this isn’t even the best one. Fun story, decent graphics, good control… #Winning! #Nintendo #VideoGames

I know, totally random, because I don’t think this one released in the US. I didn’t have a Famicom growing up, I played this much later in life. This game might be the worst video game I ever played.

Here’s another disappointment. This game was almost unplayable. As a Colorado kid, I wanted this game to be so good, and it so wasn’t. When it came to 8 bit football, in Tecmo we trust.

This is one I remember playing as a kid, thinking this is terrible, letting it collect dust, then picking it up again thinking it couldn’t possibly be that bad, popping it in, and being disappointed all over again.

Number 21 on my #NESTop25 is #SuperMarioBros2. The Mario game unlike any other. I enjoyed this unique story and the gameplay. I usually went with Princess Peach for the float jump or Toad for the speed and quick pull. I actually beat this one as a kid! #Nintendo #NES #VideoGames

Numero 21 on the #NESTop25 is the OG #DonkeyKong. Bringing an arcade favorite to the home console is something that is still appreciated today. And though this game doesn’t have a lot of depth, it’s really blossomed into a fantastic franchise (Bananza anyone?)! #Nintendo #VideoGames

I think it was password. That’s insane to me. How many different combos could you have when you saved? Location, inventory, etc.

Number 22 on my #NESTop25 is #Metroid. I enjoyed Super Metroid SO much more than the original. With that said, this game is still lots of fun. Absolute #NES classic. One of the original #VideoGames twists: Samus Aran is a girl! Such a badass #Nintendo character!

#LifeForce (or “Salamander” in Japan) is the 22nd entry to my #NESTop25. Between me and my neighbors, we rented this game more times than any other… and being 8-10 years old, we never finished it, but boy did we try. Classic space shooter. I should try again now that I’m older… #Nintendo #VideoGames

I’ve looked at the Mega Man box art for a minute tonight, and it just gets worse the longer you look at it!

Number 23 on my #NESTop25 is #MegaMan. The original Mega Man! The game that started it all. One of my favorite #VideoGames franchises of all time. That’s the #NES version’s issue: No save or password feature. #Nintendo corrected that with future installments. Difficulty level: Through the roof!

Yet another top 30 or top 40 game for me. A truly fun co-op game for the NES. I believe my sister got this game for Christmas due to the cute dinosaur guys. Had lots of fun with this one.

The 23rd listing in my #NESTop25 goes to #BobbleBobble. This game was a lot of fun with two people and just kept going… and that was okay. Because it was about the journey, not the destination. The game mechanics were like Mario Bros (not SMB), but better. #Nintendo #VideoGames

Number 24 on my #NESTop25 is #Excitebike. One of the classics (you can tell by the original #NES box art). On one hand, I can still grab a controller and enjoy this game! On the other hand, although a classic, not a deep game (I get it’s 40 years old). Nostalgic #Nintendo game. #VideoGames

Number 24 of my #NESTop25 goes to a game I’m more excited about due to the characters than anything else, it is #TheSimpsons:#BartVsTheSpaceMutants. I never got very far in the game, but loved seeing the show in a video game for the first (but far from the last) time… #Nintendo #NES #VideoGames
