There are so many issues, but just waiving off the causation issue of correlation by waiving your hands and pointing to correlational evidence is pretty low. Then dragging in Edmund Burke just to make a claim that you’re a theorist, is some lazy work.

Again, on top of myriad of issues, this is a confession that the bunker buster did not work. The bunker buster which was one of our great deferent threats.

Is was told in 2013 we would have high speed near frictionless travel in a Hyperloop. Now we have the Big Dig, but small? And it’s a boondoggle? I am glad we have the smartest guy who has ever lived on this.

My caution about the analysis is that we have seen this play out elsewhere (like the US) where the bully wins. The focus must be on policy and not merely the unpleasantness. Equally important is to avoid sane washing. Don’t try to make sense out of the senseless, expose it.

“With my own eyes, I have seen the damage it does to kids who are perfectly normal, and then once they get it, they're not the same anymore,” she claimed. How are you blind to what measles is doing to your own child? You cannot see the damage to him? Your child will never be the same!

While you’re there, the Phoenix Zoo is also excellent and has a preservation and wildlife restoration mission. They helped with restoration of the wild population of the California Condor.

A prime example of the anecdotal fallacy. Despite all the medical evidence otherwise, we have to rely on the no context testimony of one person who represents the minority position.

First, we need to ban all artificial food coloring. Second, we will now allow products that include some artificial food coloring to be labeled as not using artificial dyes. It cannot both be a grave health issue and something we do not have to disclose and still be considered a health policy.

A photograph of the main tower and court yard for Stetson Law School.

Presented my work at Stetson Law today! The faculty is welcoming and engaged. The campus is beautiful. The meals scrumptious. A great opportunity!

It reads like a bad law school exam. “The court violates the Rules of Criminal Procedure.” Which one? “All of them.” Ok. But the court ruled you are not US Attorney. “No! The ruling says I’m not properly appointed US Atty, but that doesn’t mean I can’t do what a US Atty does or call myself US Atty.”

I am assuming you have not spent time in the other LA, Louisiana. It’s a constant shift from racing to texting/phone use. Never ending loop of either 15 miles over the limit or 15 miles under. Plus, brights on always, stop signs are not even suggestions, emergency vehicles are no reason to pause.

We are certainly eroding and undermining these institutions. It will not be true for much longer, unless we course correct and improve.

We are systematically destroying higher education, one of the US’s greatest assets. Americans have access to the best institutions to develop their intellect and talent. We draw the best and brightest from all over the world. Most of whom stay and invest their talent and education in the US.

It’s also “convenient” that people who commit fraud can use the proceeds of their fraud to pay for pardons. So the victim is victimized multiple times. But yeah, tough on crime or something.

“Resulting in no academic harm to the student.” Well, that’s that I suppose? The instructor? No worries. Only harassment and threats and ridicule and an institutional abandonment. We good here?

A grand jury can operate in secret and the government can seek an indictment as many times as they want in front of as many grand juries as they want. But such a public spectacle I would say is rare.

Translation: “I want to thank god for forsaking Texas A&M and judging the University of Miami as the institution most deserving of his grace. I know god has lots of things to do, but this was a priority. As everyone knows, god is very invested in college football results.”

I absolutely agree! I think this is perhaps the most important part of legal academic work at the moment. We have to take these claims seriously (even if they are not) and rebut them thoroughly. Unfortunately, we dismiss these fringe ideas at our own peril.

I would call his interpretation comically wrong, but these days who knows anymore. The Court has interpreted people as people under the 4th regardless of status. The 14th may want a word. Plus, the Founders and Framers conception of inalienable rights would say otherwise.
