We (mostly) won't, for theological, practical, and numerical reasons, and I think they basically know that. My take anyway. 😐

The court didn't believe her, ruling that she "offers nothing to show plausibly that this is belief is 'sincerely held' and 'rooted in religious belief.'"
I'm not aware of any judge showing such skepticism of anti-trans beliefs.
An infuriating recent example of courts assuming only conservative religion is legitimate.
In Elias v. Griffin, a trans woman held in a men's prison filed a suit claiming that living with men violated her religious beliefs...
Re-upping this: if you know of any incident in your area where ICE and/or federal agents have conducted immigration enforcement actions on the grounds of a house of worship or nearby, let me know.

Me: It's unwise to be charmed by politicians and you should never treat them like fictional characters you root for uncynically.
Also me: What if Zohran Mamdani and Brad Lander were both mayor and had Bert & Ernie beds in Gracie Mansion?
