The house is the same age as me. I think I'm probably still leading in the number of surgeries though i don't have a complete medical history of the house. 🙂

We've been in the house since 2019. So far new sewer pipe, new water pipe, additional insulation and now new heating/ac. Just a few highlights to put on the list when its time to sell. Also - the unit was a little under-powered in the CFM department and this allows us to remedy that.

As much as I've been thinking about de-cluttering lately, those ACs will not be included. 🙂 They saved us in the Brookhaven rental when its AC died, and it was a much hotter time of the year.

No worries. Tomorrow's warm then we get a cool down. We have several window units we used up in Schenectady before we put in the central AC so we've pressed one into service for tonight/tomorrow. The window is super high so I have no fear of invaders.

So the home central heating/cooling system died today. Yay. New one gets installed next Thursday.

You think those are the stores Aldi would have closed?

I'm sad that Macy's is closing the Philadelphia location in City Center that was Wannamaker's. I did get to Wannamaker's before it closed in 1995.

I was on vacation (mostly) for a week and I walk back into work and immediately feel like I need a vacation.
