Upgraded my Counter Intelligence precon with a few cards, leaned more into charge counters rather than +1/+1 counters.

Best addition? This little card:

Inspirit gives two charge counters on any artifact. Just find a way to get one more a turn *cough cough* Kilo *cough* and all the turns be yours!
