Black Remote She offers job postings for remote jobs that are pre-screened to ensure safe, equitable, and inclusive workplaces for queer, trans, femme, and nonbinary Black folks.

BEAM offers tools, resources, actionable tools, support services, trainings, grants, and much more to support healing justice and care networks for Black communities.

Black Girls Smile is an organization that focuses on mental wellness, education, support and therapy access. They offer resources, including crisis support, as well as resources for partners and supporters. BGS also holds online and in-person workshops.

Headspace is a meditation app that has an entire set of courses focused on mindfulness for marginalized communities (all led by BIPOC instructors), and a course of around 20 meditations on Celebrating Black Joy.
They also offer therapy and subs are covered through some insurance plans.

Inclusive Therapists is a directory of culturally competent therapists searchable by numerous metrics — focus, therapeutic technique, specific cultural background, language, insurance, sliding scale, online vs. in-person, etc.
It’s a huge directory with a really expansive roster.

The Black Girls’ Mental Health Foundation provides mental health support, therapy cost assistance, scholarships for mental health training and education, and has a focus on culturally competent care for pregnant people and new parents.

The Dear Black Women Project is an organization that connects Black women in community circles for support, friendship, and affirmation. They have an extensive list of mental health resources.
