Someone asked how I was doing. I keep thinking about how well our Seattle teams are doing, and it makes me smile. It's funny bc I try not to base my happiness on something like that, but I remember Seattle was voted "most miserable sports city in America" by Forbes in 2013! 🤣

This year, it seems they are starting to do more and try some variety.

At least for my people, "boring" was actually predictable. In the Oba/Dempsey era, the offense was surprising and creative. Last few years, they have started in the back, pushed it out to the wing, crossed it in the box, and hoped to get in the end of it. It was form but missed flare, creative.

They do make pretty white dots in the sky when you take photos of them. Kinda looks like stars or confetti.

Ref was being too overly sensitive.

Ragen's yellow came after the ref stopped play for the injured Colorado player. Ragen seemed to assume ref was calling the ball back so he kicked it that direction. Ref seemed to think Ragen was either kicking away the ball or disrespectfully kicking it towards the down player/ref.

Watching back 1st half of tonight's match, many mistakes were forgiven since Sounder's were winning. Many opportunities missed.

So proud of Cal Raleigh, to step into a new level of Seattle legend status.

Although I am not watching the game, Miami are losing 4-0 to PSG at the half.
It makes me that much more proud of what Sounders accomplished vs PSG. No it wasn't a win, but they managed to hold their own against a great team.
