Yeah mine was accurate when I was training for London. I'm still recovering from being bitten by a dog last month. Am loosely following a training plan and doing the odd Garmin session

I like them once there done 😉 feels unnatural to me. These were about 150/160 metres, about 5 lamppost, so I know I must reach the 5th post before the bleeps on my watch

Definitely 😅 garmin can be quite mean at times. I'm following a plan but mindful garmin wants more 🙄 hopefully this will keep it happy
