IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR FREE MEMBERS: Party's Over :( Because of recent events with Patreon, I have unfortunately made the decision to end update posts for free tier members. On the night of October 13, I received an email from Patreon, saying that one of my posts for free & paid members had been flagged for violating community guidelines. When I went to check which part of the community guidelines the post had violated, I found this: Sexually Gratifying Works: The public-facing spaces of Adult/18+ Patreon pages must be free of sexually explicit material or nudity, real or animated, in any format. These works may only be shared with paid members of your community. My update posts for free tier & paid members usually contain images and links. Patreon gave me 2 choices. Either to edit out the parts that didn't meet community guidelines, or make the post paid members only. I initially believed that it was the images that were in violation of the guidelines, so I deleted them and only left the links up. While waiting for a review on the changes, I deleted all images from almost all existing free tier posts, so that those would also be in compliance. I got a notification about an hour or so later, basically saying the changes I had made weren't enough. Links to adult content on social media were still in violation of the guidelines, even though the content was properly labeled or age-restricted on those platforms. At that point, I hid the post that was in violation behind a paywall, and the changes were approved. I then made that same change to all the other free tier posts, ensuring all of my content could only be accessed by paid members.

Then, just a few hours ago (evening of October 14), I received another email, saying a different post had violated community guidelines. When I went to check why, this was the reason: Sexually Gratifying Works: The public-facing spaces of Adult/18+ Patreon pages must be free of sexually explicit material or nudity, real or animated, in any format. These works may only be shared with paid members of your community. This post had already been set as for paid members only, but it was formerly a free tier post. I let Patreon know the post was already set as for paid members only and that they had made a mistake. I'm still waiting for a reponse from them as of writing. If I don't hear back after a certain time, I will attempt to "edit" the post to "meet their guidelines". As a note, none of these posts mentioned were ever public, and they were never able to be accessed by everyone. They were for free tier members. To be a free tier member, you needed an account on Patreon, which requires you to add your birthdate. If you were under 18, Patreon wouldn't allow you to become a free tier member in the first place, as my page is designated for 18+ adults only. I'm incredibly frustrated by all this, and worried for the status of my page considering Patreon has a long history of treating adult content creators unfairly, often removing them from the platform on a whim. I do want to continue sharing content here, but some changes will need to be made going forward to prevent Patreon from incorrectly flagging my posts in the future.

If you're currently on a paid tier ($3 or over), posting will continue as normal, you don't need to do anything. If you're currently on the free tier, you will no longer receive posts notifying when new art has been made available on my socials, effective immediately. Patreon may send you emails about my other posts, but those are automated and not sent directly by me. If you would still like to receive updates of when new art has been posted on my social media, a $1 Updates Only Tier is now open. If I had the option to make this tier $0.25, I would, but $1 is the lowest amount Patreon will allow for a tier price. If you want to receive updates of when new art has been posted on my social media but don't want to join the $1 tier, you should join my FREE tier on SubscribeStar. Seriously. SubscribeStar allows me to offer content to free members, and it's better for adult content creators in every way. This is not something I want to do and I'm incredibly upset by this. I had re-opened this Patreon in March in hopes of having more places to share content besides SubscribeStar, and all this is tempting me to leave again, frankly. I genuinely love making this kind of art, but online spaces have only been getting more hostile towards artists in this genre. If something happens in the future that prompts me to move entirely to SubscribeStar once again, you'll know. But I hope it doesn't have to come to that. TLDR; Patreon is mad because I was offering content to free tier members. I am no longer offering content to free tier members
