Don't confuse being a fast talker with being a deep thinker. Speaking quickly signals confidence, not complexity.

Don't mistake volume for expertise. Speaking loudly reflects conviction, not credibility.

Sometimes the best ideas come from the least assertive voice in the room.

Currently applying one to my course evals for a performance review doc. Did I make my scores the prettiest purple? Yes. Did I make the department and university averages pink even though it's a STEM school that's 75% male? Also yes.

Anyone have an alternate phrase for "disseminate"? Saying it more than once in a doc feels icky.
